We welcome new interns from Economic Tourist and Hotel School Complex named after W. Grabski in Łódź on board at Rekeep Polska.
Yesterday, we have commenced their adventure at our company, starting with the day filled to the brim with experiences.
At the beginning, our interns underwent occupational health and safety training which constitutes the foundation of working safely in every environment (Małgorzata Cubała thank you for conducting the training) But that was just the beginning!
Subsequently, Wioletta Stępień transferred the girls into the creativity zone. During exceptional creativity class our interns developed their skills in the following areas:
Questioning thinking – how to ask questions which open up new perspectives
Transformative thinking – how to turn problems into solutions
Combination thinking – how to combine various components into new unique ideas.
It was a true Innovation Fest!
Our interns took on the role of the Marsians who came to Earth, they created fascinating triplets as well as transformed ordinary drawings into beautiful original pieces of art. Their work was truly inspiring.
As company, we extremely value contributions of so-called fresh blood. New ideas, perspectives and enhusiasm of our interns is priceless. We are convinced that their internship at our company will be the source of valuable experience and skills that they will make use of in thei further career.
