We have begun Managers’ Academy, one of the most important training and development projects for Facility Managers in our company.
Objective of the Academy is to suport the work of our managers through learning and development of the skills related to staff management at the facilities. We plant to carry this cycle of training on over the next two years.
We have trained first 4 groups at two locations which means that we have trained 44 Managers.
Next 9 groups at 5 locations are waiting for us. We know that the participants evaluated the first module very highly and as for the workshop itself it was very useful for them.
Many treated this as a possibility to meet in real life after many years, some could get to know Facility Managers from other locations.
Everyone got the chance to exchange their experinces related to managerial position.
